DC-EL Automated Centralized Traffic Control System developed and manufactured by JSC ELTEZA and companies GC NPS Holding has entered in pilot operation at the Kirzhach and Strunino stations of Moscow Railway.
Also as part of the technical re-equipment and import substitution program, the MPC-EL computer-based interlocking system for switches and signals with integrated KSPK-EL (enhanced cyber security system) has been commissioned at the Kirzhach station. The MPC‑EL system controls 36 switch control objects here.
As part of the DC-EL development, the LP-EL (linear points) function has been integrated into the MPC-EL system at Kirzhach station. One of the key features of the implementation was connecting the new system to the Moscow Railway Dispatch Center.
In addition, a major overhaul was carried out at Kirzhach station, which included the replacement of some object controllers and a complete upgrade of all local control and supervisory system for the station. The software has been updated, and a new data transmission system has been implemented.

-
The DC-EL system is designed for use at railway junctions and sections with various types of train traffic, including single-track and multi-track lines, high-speed railways, as well as specialized rolling stock, industrial and urban transport.
-
The system manages sections of any length and is compatible with all types of interlocking. Furthermore, its open‑architecture, which allows expanding its functionality and the local control and supervisory system for the station duty officers and core staff without significant costs.
-
Moreover, the system is based on standard industrial equipment and implements logical control algorithms, which ensures high reliability and operational efficiency.
-
The DC‑EL system offers several versions of universal linear points (LP‑EL) that can be integrated into MPC, RPC, EC (computer-based interlocking, hybrid Interlocking, relay interlocking)systems and others. All technical components of the system are redundant and operate in hot standby mode, which further enhances safety.
-
The DC‑EL system enables the consolidation of digital traffic control technical solutions, which significantly expands their functionality and makes it possible to transition to a unified computer‑based control complex for railway signalling devices. The ease of integration with other systems and the ability to add new functions make the DC‑EL system a universal tool for traffic management in railway transport.
-
An important aspect of the system is also the ability to monitor and control various types of electrical interlocking at the section, as well as the presence of an integrated technical diagnostics system.
