Scope and field of application

DTE-0.2-1500 SN impedance bonds fully comply with the technical requirements of TU 32 ELT 117-19. These are used in signalling, interlocking and blocking systems of railway signalling and telecommunication equipment for movement of heavy-tonnage freight trains, high-speed passenger trains and on mountain railways in temperate and cold climates (UKhL) with location category 1 according to GOST 15150-69.
The devices are manufactured in a polymer casing and filled with a heat-conducting compound. They are installed on railway sections with DC electric traction and connected to track circuits at frequencies of 50–5,000 Hz.

Main technical features

Constant electric traction current, continous transmission of which is provided through either 1,500 A - each section of the primary winding;
3,000 A - center terminal 
Total resistance to alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz at a voltage of 0.5 V on the primary winding and in the absence of direct current magnetization  0.2 - 0.22 Ω
Resistance of the primary winding to direct currant at a temperature of 200C  < 0.55 mΩ
